Are your products OK for home use?Yes they are and we have many customers using Surge products in their homes. Please be aware that our equipment is commercial grade. So make sure you are aware of the size and weight of the units.

How do I integrate the Surge 360 into an existing workout?There are many ways to integrate the Surge 360 into an existing training protocol. Movements from the Exercise Library can be integrated into any circuit or interval training regimen. And we will have suggestions from our national network of trainers and coaches posted on our site in the near future.
